Registration Fee

The registration fee for the conference is 100€, which we ask you to pay within seven days after you have received confirmation of your registration.

The registration fee covers the participation, lunches during the four days of committee sessions and the social events, with a sole reservation for the delegates dinner.

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. We do offer accomodation for the four nights during the conference for 70€. For more information, click here.

The registration fee cannot be subject to any refunds in case of cancellation.

Registration Form

In order to start the registration one has to fill in the online registration form (register here!) and upload their latest C.V. and a cover letter.

Participants will have to select two committees and two countries of their choice. The prerequisite is a strong interest in the topics of the conference. On the page of each committee (click here) one can find the selected topic(s) for this conference and a list of countries. The countries differ from one committee to the other.

Please keep in mind that you can’t represent your country of origin !!

We would like for all our participants to enjoy the Conference to the fullest therefore we kindly ask you to include any special needs such as diets or possible disabilities.

Please note that the positions will be allocated to the most suitable applicants according to several criteria, such as university background, excellent academic and/or professional achievements, interest/knowledge on International Relations, Politics, History, Economics and Law; linguistic skills-excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken; public speaking experience; participation in MUN conferences; etc.

After registering, you will receive an e-mail about concerning the payment.

Finally, we would like to stress that your information shall not be shared with a third party.

Cover letter

In the cover letter the participants have to present their reasons for their choices concerning the committees and the countries: academic background, special interest for the topic, previous MUN experience, etc.

The cover letter should point out the reasons for taking part in a Model UN in general and in the KULMUN National Conference in particular. What can one offer to KULMUN to make the conference a success and what does one wish to accomplish by taking part in the conference?

The cover letter should not exceed more then 1000 characters, and can only be uploaded in pdf format.
